Turbo and Shelby 2 1/2 years oldToday we had to say farewell to our oldest family pet, Turbo. When Turbo was a younger dog, his name fit him to a tee, but as he got older he became more mellow and slow. Turbo was 12 years old. The first four years we had Turbo, he went everywhere with us. We took him camping, to the baseball parks, to the portrait studio, everywhere. He was basically our first child. Then along came Shelby. Turbo wasn't quite sure what to think of her at first, but they soon became good buddies. According to Hunter, "Shelby was the lucky one who got to have her picture with Turbo." Shelby loved Turbo very much. She took great care of him. He slept in her room with her until just recently when it became too hard for him to go up and down the stairs. We all will miss our Turbo dog. We love you Turbo!

I am so sorry Amanda, I don't ever want the day to come when our sweet Barkley has to go see heaven. Our thoughts are with you during this sad time.
That's really hard. We went through it a few years ago with our "firstborn". We'll be thinking of you.
So sorry about Turbo. I love the picture of you and Mike. You guys look like you were in highschool.
Oh Amanda, hey we really are on the same page right now...we both have lots of kids and a doggy that just went to heaven.
When are we going to see you guys next? Richfield 4th of July?
AJ...I'm so sorry about Turbo!... I hadn't seen him for a long time so it will be fun to remember him as the "Turbo" that he was... wild as ever!! Have fun in heaven Turbo!
