A spoon is a utensil consisting of a small shallow bowl, oval or round, at the end of a handle. A type of cutlery (usually called flatware in the United States), especially as part of a place setting, it is used primarily for serving and eating liquid or semisolid food, and solid foods such as rice and cereal which cannot easily be lifted with a fork. Spoons are also used in food preparation to measure, mix, stir and toss ingredients.
What is missing from this definition of The Spoon I ask you? Spoons are Toys to my spirited Taylor. Spoons are Taylor's absolute favorite thing to play with. Taylor is commonly spotted toting her little handfuls of spoons all over the house. I find them in her room, in her bed, in the toy box, in my bed, in the bathroom, in the laundry room, on the couch, under the couch, outside, in the van ... basically anywhere Taylor has been. (I even found three spoons in the diaper bag after we ate out at Los Hermanos one day for lunch - but don't tell.) One particular night, I was awakened to the clanking of spoons at three o'clock in the morning only to find that Taylor had gotten out of bed, packed up all 27 spoons and was back in her bed having a grand time. They are also Taylor's weapon of choice when it comes to showing Mason who is the Boss. So lock up your drawers when we come to visit - you may just end up with forks!

I had to chuckle @ this one. We went through a spoon phase. Now that same boy is obsessed with hangers. I know kind off strange.
They're just so cute!
P.S. I am calling Los Hermanos right now. Ok I really am not going to call them but I am really jealous that you went & I didn't.
That is too funny! I love that she went and got them during the middle of the night.
