Anyone that knows Shelby knows that she is a lover of Horses! She takes riding lessons once a week from a great teacher - Cathy. Cathy suggested to us that Shelby might enjoy a walk/trot event. "Might like" is an understatement! Shelby is hooked on this 4H event and wants to do one every weekend. I guess that winning 1st place the first time she showed didn't hurt.We signed up for the Highland City Play Day Rodeo
Check out the bling on Shelby's belt - Her horse teacher's husband does Roping and this is one of the buckles he won. (I think that they are having just as much fun doing this as Shelby is)

AJ, your kids are so dang cute!! Congrats Shelby on your walk/trot win!!! yeehaw! that's so awesome! I haven't been on the computer in ages and had to see how you were all doing... you're making me miss Utah so bad!.. all the green and mountains and outdoor fun things to do with weather that wont kill you in 30 min of being out in it! I'm jealous!!!
